Listing Language and Discrimination Policy

A Mom Around Town is a family-friendly site and will not tolerate profane language/images or any type of discriminatory language/images (including religious, race, gender, sexual orientation or lifestyle/parenting choices).  A Mom Around Town is a resource for families of all beliefs and creeds. If a listing is found to be abusing the language and discrimination policy, A Mom Around Town will review the situation and reserves the right to ask the Listing Business to change content, to suspend the publication of the listing or to ban the Listing Business from continuing to list on the site.  The required action is at the total discretion of A Mom Around Town. If the language and discrimination policy is breached, there is NO refund to the offending Listing Business.

Financial Policy

Your annual membership fee will be paid and/or charged annually on the anniversary date of enrollment.  This is an auto-renew and will charge the payment method on file. If the payment method is invalid, the Listing Business has 15 days from notification of invalid payment to update the payment method.  If no valid payment method is provided within this timeframe, A Mom Around Town reserves the right to remove the listing and the Listing Business will then be subject to the current enrollment rate as explained below.

Businesses lock in the current listing rate as of the date of enrollment.  This listing fee and profile features will stay in effect for the lifetime of your membership or until there is a break in the payments and A Mom Around Town remains solely website based.  If the Listing Business decides to leave the site and rejoin at a later date, they will be charged at the current rate at the time of re-enrollment.

A Mom Around Town does not offer refunds, unless part of a promotional special.  The Listing Business is able to cancel the renewal at anytime, but the upfront annual fee will not be refunded.  The Listing Business is responsible for the quality of the listing content and to participate by providing information to A Mom Around Town for promotion.  The responsibility of A Mom Around Town will provide a platform for the Listing Business to be searched and found.
