Feature Friday: Dr. Sarah Wilmsmeyer
The Purpose of All Out Nutrition & Wellness is to improve the health of future generations by helping women regain and maintain their health and vitality with the belief that, by so doing, she will influence her children, her husband, her extended family and her friends to also lead a healthy life. The ultimate result will be a healthier community now and in the future.- Dr. Sarah Wilmsmeyer
Dr. Sarah has helped me narrow down the foods that have hurting my body instead of helping it…foods that I thought were good for me, but I was having trouble digesting and were making me sluggish. She reads what nutrients your body is lacking through muscle testing and helps you heal your gut. She has really helped me understand nutrition better and I recommend anyone that struggles with brain fog, sleep issues, digestion troubles to send her a message!

Here’s the Rest of the Interview:
What made you want open All Out Nutrition & Wellness?
I started this company because I experienced the life changing results and had the realization that more people needed to know what was possible with food and herbs and lifestyle changes. I was completely blown away that such results where possible. I knew about “eating well” but was clueless as to the depths of what that really meant. And when you add in the 5 main stressors/contributors to illness…wow.
What excites you the most about your work?
I love hearing each person’s wins and the journey they take. I love helping each person craft their individual plans so that they achieve the level of of health they desire.
What is your biggest challenge?
Every plan is different! LOL And, getting the message out to the masses. What we do is mostly word of mouth. I’m reminded that I haven’t fully accomplished my work when I tell someone what I do and they reply with some version of, “I’ve never heard of that. Or, I had no idea.” I want more people to know they can change their health and their children and grand children’s health.
How do you find harmony or balance between being a mom and a business owner?
I’ve set my hours in such a way that I am home for him after school most days and if he has a day off or a field trip, I block that time out of my schedule.
Tell us about your family.
I have the most amazing husband. We’ve known each other since 2010 and in 2018 our situations changed and we decided to date. It’s been quite the experience. He has 3 awesome kids. It’s been really fun to watch the family dynamics shift and mold and I’m looking forward to the future we are creating together.
If you could pick anything, what would your super power be?
Helping others “see the light.” The possibilities are endless when you are willing to look at another perspective and experience. It doesn’t mean you have to agree but It also means that we don’t have to judge each other for our differences.
What one piece of advice do you have for a mom that needs your service?
Follow your gut. If something doesn’t seem quite right, be open to different options presented. Being closed off is what hampers growth.
