I used to love going to the gym, finding a class or hitting the treadmill – now the gym looms over me like something I should be doing that I don’t have the time or energy for. I know that I need to move and sweat to feel good, but there are so many things competing for time, that it doesn’t always win. What about you, are you able to move as much as you’d like to? This simple workout can be done anytime, anywhere – you only need a yoga mat worth of space and about 15 minutes. If you want something more intense…you run through a set a second time!
